How to Reach Miri?

By Air

Miri has its own airport which is one of the busiest on the Borneo island. You can travel to Miri via domestic and international flights landing at Miri International Airport. You have domestic flights for Miri travel from several cities in Malaysia and international flights from Singapore. If you are visiting Miri from Singapore, you have the option of Malaysian Airlines and AirAsia. Malaysian Airlines runs daily between Miri and Singapore via Kuching. AirAisa runs four days a week for  Miri travel. Among domestic destinations, you can get flights to visit Miri from Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur, Kuching, Penang, and Kota Kinabalu. Domestic travel to Miri is also run by AirAsia and Malysian Airlines. There are no other airlines taking you directly to Miri.

Miri International Airport is fairly close to the district capital city of Miri. You get all sorts of transport options to reach the city directly from the Airport.
