By Air
The city is served by Darwin International Airport which sits 8 km outside the city centre. You can get direct flights to visit Darwin from cities in Australia and South East Asia. By Road
Darwin is the last stop on The Ghan train route. This route connects the city with Adelaide with several stops in between.
